Northern Employees Benefits Services (NEBS)!

As an employee or retiree of NEBS,  you are eligible to join ARTA and apply for one of ten Benefit Plans available. ARTA offers a variety of coverage levels for extended health care, emergency travel coverage and dental care. With an ARTA membership, employees or retirees of NEBS will also be eligible for the ARTA Perks discount program, the ARTA scholarship program, various wellness initiatives and much more.

Eligibility

• Employees or retirees of Northern Employee Benefits Services who are vested to receive, or in receipt of, NEBS Pension Plan benefits,
• Become an affiliate ARTA member.
