As a Northern Employee Benefits Services employee or retiree, you are eligible to join ARTA and apply for one of ten Benefit Plans available. ARTA offers a variety coverage for extended health care, emergency travel coverage and dental care. With an ARTA membership, Northern Employee Benefits Services employees or retirees will also be eligible for discount programs, the ARTA scholarship program, various wellness initiatives and much more.

Eligibility

• Employees or retirees of Northern Employee Benefits Services who are vested to receive, or in receipt of, NEBS Pension Plan benefits
• Become an affiliate ARTA member;
