As a member or employee of APEGA, you are eligible to join ARTA and apply for one of ten Benefit Plans available. • An APEGA member or employee for a minimum of two years;
• Become an Affiliate ARTA member;
• Permanent resident of Canada;
• Enrolled in all provincial or territorial health care plans for which you are eligible.
