As an employee or retiree of The City of Medicine Hat, you are eligible to join ARTA and apply for one of ten Benefit Plans available. ARTA offers a variety of coverage levels for extended health care, emergency travel coverage and dental care. Eligibility

• Employees or retirees that are vested in any Alberta government sponsored pension plan;
• Permanent resident of Canada;
• Become an affiliate ARTA member.
