Health Benefits Trust of Alberta (HBTA)!

As a member of the Health Benefit Trust of Alberta, you are eligible to join ARTA and apply for one of ten Benefit Plans available. ARTA offers a variety of coverage levels for extended health care, emergency travel coverage and dental care. With an ARTA membership, members of the Health Benefit Trust of Alberta will also be eligible for the ARTA Perks discount program, the ARTA scholarship program, various wellness initiatives and much more.

Eligibility

• Health care coverage, or eligibility for health care coverage, under HBTA for at least two (2) years immediately prior to retirement;
• Permanent resident of Canada;
• Enrolled in all provincial or territorial health care plans for which you are eligible;
• Surviving spouse of the above members;
• Become an affiliate ARTA member.
