ARTA Welcomes
County of Strathcona and Strathcona County Library!

As an employee or retiree of Strathcona County/Strathcona County Library, you are eligible to join ARTA and apply for one of ten Benefit Plans available. ARTA offers a variety of coverage levels for extended health care, emergency travel coverage and dental care. With an ARTA membership, employees or retirees of Strathcona County/Strathcona County Library will also be eligible for the ARTA Perks discount program, the ARTA scholarship program, various wellness initiatives and much more. 

Eligibility

  • Employees or retirees of Strathcona County or Strathcona County Library that are vested for, or in receipt of, LAPP 
  • Permanent resident of Canada;
  • Surviving spouse of the above members;
  • Enrolled in all provincial or territorial health care plans for which you are eligible;
  • Become an affiliate ARTA member

Note: If you have pulled your pension plan contributions you no longer qualify.
