As a retiree of the CAFA, you are eligible to join ARTA and apply for one of ten Benefit Plans available. ARTA offers a variety of coverage levels for extended health care, emergency travel coverage and dental care. Eligibility

•  A Retired member who have contributed to any Canadian provincial or federal government pension plan, excluding CPP, for five or more years
• Permanent resident of Canada;
