City of Edmonton (CEMA)!

As a CEMA employee or retiree you are eligible to join ARTA and apply for one of ten Benefit Plans available. ARTA offers a variety coverage for extended health care, emergency travel coverage and dental care. With an ARTA membership, CEMA employees or retirees will also be eligible for discount programs, the ARTA scholarship program, various wellness initiatives and much more.

Eligibility

• Employees or retirees of CEMA that are vested to receive, or in receipt of, Government of Alberta sponsored pension benefits, such as Local Authorities Pension Plan (LAPP)
