As an employee or retiree of CapitalCare, you are eligible to join ARTA and apply for one of ten Benefit Plans available. Eligibility

• Employees or retirees of CapitalCare Group Inc. that are vested to receive, or in receipt of, an Alberta Government sponsored pension plan (e.g LAPP);
• Become an affiliate ARTA member.
