Eligibility

Retired instructors of post-secondary educational institutions such as universities, colleges, technical schools, etc. who have contributed to any Canadian provincial or federal government pension plan, excluding CPP, for five or more years so long as they are residents of Alberta at the time of application, or their surviving spouse
