Association of Opticians of Alberta!

As a member of the Alberta Opticians Association if you mee the eligibility requirements below, you are eligible to join ARTA and apply for one of ten Benefit Plans available. ARTA offers a variety of coverage levels for extended health care, emergency travel coverage and dental care. With an ARTA membership, members of the Alberta Opticians Association will also be eligible for the ARTA Perks discount program, the ARTA scholarship program, various wellness initiatives and much more. 

Eligibility

• A current or retired member of the College of Opticians of Alberta in good standing for at least 2 years,
• Permanent resident of Canada;
• Enrolled in all provincial or territorial health care plans for which you are eligible;
• Surviving spouse of the above members;
• An affiliate member of ARTA.
