As a member of Alberta Association of Municipal Districts and Counties, you are eligible to join ARTA and apply for one of ten Benefit Plans available. ARTA offers a variety of coverage levels for extended health care, emergency travel coverage and dental care. • Affiliate member of ARTA
• Permanent resident of Canada
• Enrolled in all provincial or territorial health care plans for which you are eligible.
